Ravenna Second Story Addition:  Seattle, WA
The existing home was a post -war rambler that lacked room for a growing family.  This professional couple asked for a second story addition that could accommodate both children and a Master BR/Bath. 

The results provided a reconfigured first floor, basement remodel and the required upper floor addition.  A new porch added curb appeal.
