Hawthorne Hills Addition: Seattle, WA
This 1940's 'warbox' bungalow's transformation included a new upper floor Master Suite and Office. The lower floors now sport a new Family Room, renovated Kitchen and Dining Area and a Day-lit Basement. All told, the original home area was doubled.
