Seattle Addition: Seattle, WA
It seems I get to do a lot of rear yard additions. This is one of the better ones, adding a new Master BR suite, Kitchen and Rear Deck to a 1940's Seattle "war box" for a Seattle couple and their daughter.
Major renovation points include a new kitchen with vaulted ceiling, sky lighting and informal dining area, as well as a master suite with access to an enlarged rear deck
