Bought as an investment property, this is the "house next door"...literally
My wife and I lived next door to this NE Seattle bungalow for 20 years. When it came up for sale, we decided to go for it. I switched professional hats in the process, acting as both architect and general contractor.
The upper 1/2 floor was torn off to make way for a new Master BR and bath. The lower floor was gutted and now sports new kitchen, living, bath and bedrooms.
This 3-star Built Green home features energy efficient materials and equipment thoughout and strove to recycle, reuse and restore.
